Ceiling fixture does produce heavy rain, like you must step out of stream to use soap.All parts of shower system have worked fine. Install must be done when a shower remodel is occurring as rainfall unit must be recessed into ceiling. Must have electricity to power led lights. Light remote adequate but rarely used.
Update to previous review: customer service for this product is outstanding! When they saw my review they immediately reached out and sent a replacement part to see if that would help the water get hotter. When that did not fix the issue they issued a full refund! I am very happy working with them and wouldn't hesitate to try one of their products again! Could someone PLEASE tell me how to get past the "security" stop keeping the water from only going to 104Ā°?! I like my showers HOT, HOT, and this will not allow that. It stinks! I need the water hotter. Please help! I spent all this money on this beautiful, new shower and it sucks because the water feels Luke warm to me turned as hot as it will get! I don't even like taking a shower in here!
Good quality shower jet system. Jets are very strong so we will need to add a glass wall! Looks great.

I have had the shower up for about a week so far and I love it. It is everything that it was described to be. We shall see if it continues to do so with more time. If the opinion changes, I will reach back out and give you a current update.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This version is improved over one I bought couple years ago.Ā Nice, even water flow, low noise level, lights still working after several weeks and looks fancy. Pretty good for the price.
Well built. Canāt get enough of this rain shower. Itās really awesome. Not difficult to install but some basic framing and plumbing skills will be required.
I bought the thermostatic version and the non thermo static versionāboth from enga for 2 bathroom additions. I can def see the value in the higher end version (thermostatic) even though theyāre both nice. I do like the push button option of this t-static version. I like that I can set the temp I like and donāt have to manipulate it much whether shutting the water on /offā¦.the jets stay at a consistent pressure levelā¦.relatively easy to install. My contractorās measurements might have been off as he had to some some 1.5 inch nipples to extend the piping out further so the sprayers can fit properly. Def use good quality threads to prevent leaksā¦.overall a fantastic product. I hope the valve will stay consistent as many years of useā¦..

Easy to install as it is light and robust. Price point seems on par with value. It matches the overall aesthetic of the bathroom. Water pressure is better than most.
Got a walk-in shower; needed a flexible get-wet solution. This spray/rainfall combination is exactly what we need in the space to complete the car wash environment. Rainfall shower head is excellent for full-body clean; hand-held wand works well on hard-to-reach places and for rinsing the tile; the body spray system is great for end-of-work day massage. Enough liquid suds, and its just like going through the automatic car wash down the road.===Service Update: After a couple of years, the shower head's edge seal failed, which caused water to jet out the side and decreased rainfall volume. Enga's customer service team was quickly responsive and sent a replacement head right away. Easy communication & great support with international shipping/tracking questions. After a short time, the car wash is working properly again.

Installing was a snap.
Easy installation. LED lights stopped working after 6 months but that didn't affect the the rest of its function. I'm still happy with it. I didn't notice they stopped working until the kids told me. I guess that's how much I care about the lights.

I bought this in 2021. I had an issue with the shower head. I sent the company a message and within seconds they responded. Asked me the details and I got the replacement.We love this shower. Even my kids wants to use our bathroom because of this. So Iām happy that they helped me immediately.I definitely recommend this product. You will enjoy showering more!
This is such an amazing shower head with all the extras!! Definitely worth the price!
Had a small problem with a leak in the control valve, just had to tighten the flow control. Besides that we are super happy with the system. Looks great and functions as it should. Heavy duty feel to all components.
